A look back at our Avanteam 2025 Seminar! 📹 Let’s get together, recharge, and celebrate our victories as a team! 🔥 This year, our teams from Paris, Strasbourg, Toulouse, Nantes, and Quimper gathered at the magnificent Domaine Le Mezo in Brittany to share moments filled with emotion and reconnection. 🌿 After a year marked by both challenges and successes, this retreat was the perfect opportunity to step back, celebrate how far we’ve come, strengthen our bonds, and recharge our batteries in a natural and peaceful setting. 🎨 Upon arrival, a collaborative team-building workshop allowed everyone to reconnect through a unique coordination activity: working together to create a seamless path through different themes. It was a real challenge in listening, synchronization, and collective intelligence 🧠! 🎾 The afternoon continued in a sporty and relaxed atmosphere: tennis, volleyball, basketball, swimming, and more. These were all opportunities to get together and see each other in a new light while enjoying good times together. 🕺 In the evening, it was time to party! Music, laughter, lively conversations… an unforgettable evening filled with camaraderie. 🎤 The next morning, our creativity took center stage with a team songwriting workshop: a joyful, offbeat, and colorful experience that will remain etched in our memories. 🙏 Thank you to everyone for your energy ⚡, your enthusiasm 🌟, and your team spirit. These moments reinforce what we’ve been building together every day for over 20 years. This 2025 seminar will undoubtedly remain one of the highlights of the year at Avanteam!
