Analyze
The first activity in any project is to evaluate the existing environment and understand the design goals of the proposed solution within the customer enterprise.
During this phase, the project manager, the project sponsor and Avanteam consultant, will together:
- Collate all background information and documentation
- Define the project objectives and what the solution needs to accomplish
- Obtain agreement between all parties about these requirements
Design
At this stage, Avanteam will :
- Design and build the solution using an iterative development cycle
- Provide multi-environment testing and validation plan
- Expose solution to the extended user community
Avanteam will make sure that the final application is conform to the analysis report and delivers the expected value previously identified with you.
Deploy
This phase includes all key activities involved in moving into full production deployment:
- Create a plan to run and maintain the solution
- Provide education to key business and technical users
- Go-Live and migrate the solution into production environment
Optimize
At this stage we will:
- Review the operational effectiveness of the solution
- Identify problems, performance or process issues
- Review opportunities for further improvements
